Noam Shpalter is a seasoned entrepreneur, attorney, and real estate investor with more than two decades of experience building businesses and helping investors grow wealth. Before co-founding Investo Capital, Noam founded and led one of Israel’s largest private financial education institutions, training professionals in finance and compliance. He also built and managed high-growth companies across consulting, medical services, and technology, and co-founded a major insurance agency with an extensive agent network.
Noam has been actively investing in U.S. real estate markets since 2010, originating and overseeing a broad range of multifamily, commercial, and development projects. His deep understanding of legal, operational, and financial strategy ensures disciplined investment processes and strong governance for Investo Capital’s offerings.
As Chairman, Noam leads the firm’s vision and long-term strategy, focusing on sustainable growth and delivering institutional-grade opportunities to accredited U.S. investors.
Ohad Arad is the CEO and co-founder of Investo Capital, responsible for the firm’s investment strategy, acquisitions, and investor relations. A licensed attorney and experienced real estate operator, Ohad has led complex urban development and value-add investment projects in Israel and the United States.
Prior to Investo Capital, Ohad held senior leadership roles at publicly traded real estate firms and managed dozens of residential, mixed-use, and redevelopment transactions. Since entering the U.S. market in 2011, he has overseen investments spanning new construction, multifamily, commercial assets, and land development.
Ohad’s approach blends legal rigor with financial discipline and operational execution. He works closely with partners, operators, and investors to source high-potential assets and structure offerings that meet the expectations of the U.S. accredited investor community.
